LEAD TIMES:

If item is in stock it usually ships within 24-48 hours from our Brooklyn Plumbing Showroom.
If item is out of stock shipping time is as indicated by each product.
Lead times may change if backordered by vendor.

Each product is warrantied by its respective manufacturer, and all their terms and conditions will apply.
Decow.com/Deco Ware Hardware Inc. will not be responsible for any defect after 90 days from time of delivery.
Decow.com/Deco Ware Hardware Inc. will do its utmost possible to assist you in replacing or refunding your item, if approved by manufacturer's warranty.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Restocking charge may apply To Some items if cancelled after 48 hours.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
There is a minimum 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned for any reason other than a product defect or damage. For exchanges we will work on reducing or eliminating the restocking fee.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of any items missing or shipping damages.
Freight charges for shipping are nonrefundable.
Returns must be requested within 30 days from time of delivery. Customer will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Prior to shipping back any product please email or contact us to obtain a return good authorization. Merchandise must be in original packaging with all accessories and in resellable condition in order to obtain return good authorization. Any item returned without a return good authorization, will not be credited.
Once items are returned and inspected, a refund will be given to original payment method. Refund will be seen within 10-15 days from time item has been received.

Free shipping In U.S.A ONLY on all orders of $200.00 or more. Orders less then $200.00, a $14.95 shipping charge will apply to the order.

For ALASKA, HAWAII, and THE CARRIBEAN ISLANDS , additional freight charges may apply.
